Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Revenue Specialist, Denials to act as the liaison between clients and the denials appeal process. You will audit denials, obtain records, and submit documentation to payers to ensure prompt reimbursement while maintaining PHI privacy and security.

Prior healthcare billing experience and strong payer knowledge are required. The role requires 5+ years in healthcare billing or collections, 1+ year of client engagement, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare billing or collections.
• 1+ years in client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of insurance payer/claims processing.
• Familiarity with ICD, HCPCS/CPT coding and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Audit denied and other claims using the company tools.
• Gather medical records and supporting docs for claims.
• Submit claims with documentation to payers for prompt reimbursement.
• Conduct timely follow-up with payers to secure payment.
