Job summary

SIG Group is seeking a Demand Planner AM-N BIB/SP to understand product needs and ensure inventory and capacity to meet demand on time. You will communicate across functions, analyze data, and contribute to sales-driven strategies that improve marketplace execution and service levels.

In this role you will collaborate with the Head of Sales Operations and KAMs, finance, and customers to improve forecast accuracy, develop monthly trend reports, monitor risks, and drive continuous S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planner or similar field.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or LN.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Power BI.
• Experience developing forecasts, inventory analyses, dashboards, and business reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Sales Operations to identify forecast bottlenecks and improve sales performance.
• Work closely with KAMs, finance, customers and other internal stakeholders to drive improvements in forecast accuracy (FCA); Develop a monthly forecast trend report by KAM (highlighting FCA by customer and top SKUs).
• Track and update monthly forecast risks and opportunities.
• Initiate S&OE continuous improvements.
• Develop a monthly inventory report that includes product details and suggested customers.
• Develop and implement a statistics supported forecast.
• Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
• Participate in regional SI&OP sessions and own monthly reporting, analysis and improvement action plans to boost KPIs.
• Provide support for ad hoc reports as well as regular forecasts and pipeline analytics.
• Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing.
• Manage and optimizing transportation, inventory, and material flow processes for VMI customers to ensure seamless production and delivery.
• Maintain and utilize sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision making for the KAMs.
• Drive process improvements in Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance.
