Job summary

Amsive LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to translate demand signals, financial data, and operational inputs into actionable insights that drive capacity utilization, profitability, and performance. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology to create accurate forecasts and scalable decision-support capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing analytics, operations finance, capacity planning, or similar analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and scenario modeling.
Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Dataroma, or similar.
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools.
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-range demand forecasts by customer, product, facility, or other segments.
Consolidate historical demand with sales, forecasts, seasonality, trends, and inputs into an integrated plan.
Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, variability, and key demand drivers.
Identify changes in demand patterns and communicate implications.
Create capacity models across facilities, lines, equipment, and shifts.
Evaluate capacity against forecasted demand and identify constraints and risks.
Assess impact of growth, new opportunities, mix changes, downtime, and staffing on capacity.
Run scenario analyses for overtime, shifts, investments, outsourcing, and scheduling.
Build dashboards providing leadership visibility into utilization and bottlenecks.
Analyze labor performance metrics and identify productivity opportunities.
Support workforce planning and staffing risk analysis.
Analyze profitability by customer, product, and facility; identify margin improvements.
Support pricing, contracts, and business reviews with data-driven insights.
Develop standard metrics and ensure consistency across departments.
Perform root-cause analysis on variances and risks.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities before impact.
