Job summary

Figure is seeking a Demand Planner to own end-to-end demand planning, translating pipelines, historical data, and product development schedules into a master plan. You will work across Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI teams to maintain a precise demand signal in a dynamic environment.

You will lead S&OP activities, model scenarios, and build analytics dashboards while partnering with Finance and Supply Chain to support aggressive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years in demand planning or related supply chain functions.
• Experience in high-volume hardware manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel and complex model management with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning translating pipelines, history data, and schedules into a unified master demand plan.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI to balance internal needs and demand signals.
• Lead S&OP framework; run regular demand review cycles and scenario modeling.
• Develop dashboards and metrics; evaluate future planning software and ERP modules.
