Job summary

SIG Combibloc Group Ltd is seeking a Demand Planner to understand customer product needs and ensure inventory and capacity to meet those needs on time. This role involves high levels of communication across functional areas, data analysis and insights reporting, demand and materials planning, and direct engagement with Sales and Customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planner or similar field.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or LN.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
• Experience developing forecasts, inventory analyses, dashboards, and business reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Sales Operations to understand forecasting bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Coordinate with KAMs, finance, customers and internal stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop monthly forecast trend report by KAM and highlight FCA by customer and top SKUs.
• Track and update monthly forecast risks and opportunities.
• Develop monthly inventory reports with product details and suggested customers.
• Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
• Own monthly reporting, analysis and improvement action plans to boost KPIs.
• Provide support for ad hoc reports, regular forecasts and pipeline analytics.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in sales and operations.

Job description

We are seeking a Demand Planner who will help the organization understand the specific product needs of our customers and ensuring we have the inventory and capacity to meet those needs on time. This dynamic role will include high levels of communication across functional areas, data analysis and insights reporting, demand and materials planning, as well as direct engagement with Sales and Customers. You'll be part of a high-performing team with responsibilities for building strategies that guide sales decisions. You will help create & develop processes that allow our sales team to drive superior marketplace execution, customer service, share of wallet and overall market share.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Head of Sales Operations to understand forecasting bottlenecks and inconsistencies to improve sales team's performance
• Work closely with the Key Account Managers (KAMs), finance, customers and other internal stakeholders to drive improvements in forecast accuracy (FCA)
  Develop a monthly forecast trend report by KAM (highlighting FCA by customer and top SKUs).
• Track and update monthly forecast risks and opportunities.
• Develop a monthly inventory report that includes product details and suggested customers.
• Develop and implement a statistics supported forecast
• Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
• Participate in regional SI&OP sessions and own monthly reporting, analysis and improvement action plans to boost KPIs
• Provide support for ad hoc reports as well as regular forecasts and pipeline analytics
• Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing
• Manage and optimizing transportation, inventory, and material flow processes for VMI customers to ensure seamless production and delivery
• Maintain and utilize sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision making for the KAMs
• Drive process improvements in Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
