Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Demand Planner to own forecasting and inventory optimization for our Amazon channels. You will design SKU-level forecasts, automate replenishment between 3PL and FBA, and help maintain healthy stock across the pipeline.

You are data-driven, with 3+ years in e-commerce or CPG demand planning, strong Excel skills, and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Redash. This is a 100% remote role with USD competitive salary, paid time off, and global impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand planning (e-commerce or CPG).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, forecasting, data analysis).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Redash, or similar).
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Builder mindset: automate, optimize, and improve everything you touch.
• Comfortable managing multiple SKUs, reports, and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design SKU-level demand forecasts across Amazon marketplaces.
• Build automated replenishment systems between 3PL and FBA.
• Maintain 60+ days coverage at FBA while optimizing stock across the pipeline.
• Improve forecast accuracy (MAPE) and eliminate stockouts & excess inventory.
• Lead automation projects (alerts, triggers, dashboards) with BI & Tech teams.
• Turn Amazon data into real-time decisions that impact revenue and profitability.
