Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. is hiring a Demand Planner in the Palo Alto area to forecast demand across products, markets, and channels.

You will analyze historical data, Sell-In, Sell-Through, and channel inventory to develop accurate forecasts and identify risks and opportunities. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Channel Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to refine assumptions, support launches, and improve planning processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, supply chain planning, analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing sales, demand, inventory, or operational data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across products, markets, customers, and sales channels.
• Track forecast performance metrics such as accuracy, bias, and sell-in vs forecast.
• Support NPI and product lifecycle forecasting and transitions (EOL).
• Prepare demand data for S&OP and summarize forecast changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel Ops, Supply Planning, Finance, and Data & Analytics teams.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to communicate demand insights.
