Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Demand Marketing Driver to act as the digital marketing expert for assigned client accounts, prescribing and executing strategy across CMS, ASO, Digital Advertising and Attribution/Data. You will own a book of business and translate trends into concrete plans, collaborating with a SAM where applicable.

Responsibilities include leading strategy, maintaining fluency in SEO/AEO, paid search, and CMS performance, and proactively adapting to agentic search and AI-driven renter

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing (SEO/AEO, paid search, CMS) and client-facing work.
• 2–4 years in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for the full Demand Marketing suite across client accounts.
• Own and manage an individual book of business with strategic depth.
• Prescribe and execute plans to hit each client's marketing goals.
• Communicate strategy and results clearly to clients and teams.
