Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division to lead a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients. As Demand Generation Manager, you own strategy, performance and client‑facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role, joining sales calls to shape strategy, overseeing specialists, and building performance roadmaps to deliver measurable client outcomes. A senior role with analytical depth and execution oversight.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi‑channel full‑funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels simultaneously.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and optimization tools.
• Ability to build and articulate strategic client recommendations.
• Track record overseeing execution teams and ensuring deliverables quality.
• Sharp analytical skills to diagnose performance issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch technical recommendations.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on‑page SEO, link building, and AI‑driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, conversion attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating with the marketing PM.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
