Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Demand Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation, field marketing, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience developing and managing email campaigns and nurture workflows using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
• Experience coordinating marketing programs, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely execution across competing priorities.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive, independent mindset with ability to collaborate in a matrixed marketing organization.
• Ability to build productive relationships across marketing, sales and other functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support demand generation leaders in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs to meet business priorities.
• Create and maintain campaign assets and ensure access to materials.
• Support webinar and event coordination and operational execution.
• Develop and manage email campaigns and nurture streams to drive engagement and pipeline.
