Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships from a hands-on, remote role.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly influence results, retention, and growth across a portfolio of financial-advisor clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, and bid strategies for best CPA.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly/Zapier workflows.
