Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You will lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive performance, client retention, and growth across a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls, discuss performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead gen and appointments.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bids, testing, and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and adjust strategies.
