Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns for lead generation, and ensure client results and retention from a hands-on role.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate across tracking, automation, and reporting tasks to deliver measurable outcomes for financial-advisor clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing discussions.
• Track record of achieving performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bids, testing, and performance metrics daily.
