Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We manage campaigns to generate qualified appointments and optimize for cost per appointment.

This hands-on strategist role involves owning client relationships, bi-weekly calls, and driving campaign performance across a portfolio of accounts, reporting results and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
