Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Demand Generation Program Manager to own programs across channels and audiences, with a focus on expansion and cross-sell within existing customers. You will build AI-driven workflows to scale campaigns beyond headcount and shape the future of demand gen in 2026 and beyond.

You will join a team rebuilding demand gen, where AI agents run production programs and you design the machine rather than merely execute.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
• Experience across multiple channels (email, paid, events, web, outbound) with measurable pipeline results.
• Experience marketing to existing customers — expansion or cross-sell programs.
• Hands-on with AI in daily work, building automations or agentic workflows.
• Comfortable with data, able to pull numbers and build executive-readouts.
• Strong program management, ships on time and collaborates with sales/marketing/ops.

Responsibilities

• Own customer lifecycle demand gen and drive expansion, cross-sell, and adoption across channels.
• Work across paid, email, events, web, and outbound to strengthen programs as priorities shift.
• Build agentic workflows using AI tools to automate program execution and QA.
• Translate marketing signals into actions sales will take with leadership.
• Measure program impact, report on pipeline, and prune underperforming initiatives.
