Kojo is seeking a senior growth marketer to lead demand generation for a global B2B SaaS product. You will own strategy across paid, ABX, SEO, and web optimization to drive pipeline and revenue.

Work from anywhere in the Americas, collaborating with sales, product marketing, and analytics. You’ll build AI-enabled campaigns and oversee a modern martech stack.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, hands-on paid media, and a track record of scalable growth in startup environments.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience for demand gen or growth.
• Experience with a sales-led, Enterprise-to-SMB motion is a plus.
• Hands-on with paid search and social, budget management, and CAC improvement.
• Web optimization with SEO/AEO/GEO and meaningful growth through content.
• Proven ability to build ABX programs and use signals to trigger campaigns.
• Experience running HubSpot and a modern martech stack end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy and ownership: define growth strategy and campaign plans.
• Own the pipeline number with demand-gen mix and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and events to convert leads.
• Manage martech, testing, and analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Create AI-enabled assets and orchestrate campaigns across channels.
