Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support forecasting, inventory analysis, and supply chain decision‑making across the organization. This fully remote role in the United States focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that drive inventory optimization, service levels, and performance.

The ideal candidate will build Power BI dashboards, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to improve forecasting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH.
• Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports on forecasting accuracy, inventory levels, service performance, and KPIs.
• Consolidate, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Monitor forecast performance and adjust for accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop Excel-based analytical models using advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Support strategic initiatives in inventory optimization and demand planning.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear manner.
• Own recurring analytical workflows and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and supply chain metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to improve forecasting.
