Job summary

Entrust, now a Leidos company, seeks a Deltek Vantagepoint Support Specialist to design, develop, and optimize integrations between Deltek Vantagepoint and multiple enterprise systems. This role requires strong collaboration with Finance, HR, Project Controls, and IT to translate business needs into scalable integration solutions.

You will configure interfaces using APIs, ETL, and middleware, monitor data integrity, and support upgrades and new modules while upholding security and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise applications and systems integrations.
• 3+ years with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Experience with API, web services, ETL, and middleware integrations.
• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP and data transformation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support Deltek Vantagepoint integrations.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure data interfaces using APIs, ETL, and middleware.
• Develop integration specs, mappings, and technical designs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Project Controls, and IT to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and new modules with integration impact assessments.
• Monitor performance and data integrity; ensure reliable operations.
• Coordinate testing (unit, system, UAT, production).
• Work with vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain security, compliance, governance for integrations.
• Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer.
