Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to lead the delivery team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and top-notch customer service. You will coach drivers, oversee daily performance, and support a 4‑day work week with a 11:00 AM start, in a fast-paced environment with great growth opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in delivery or operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve. CDL preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ related experience.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other programs including presentation software
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic and Reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; CDL license (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Effectively aid in managing the delivery operations team.
• Monitor delivery fleet using Samsara.
• Recommend and/or perform performance management actions including hiring, transferring, and disciplining.
• Maintain driver attendance records and PTO.
• Train drivers on safety and delivery procedures.
• Ride along with drivers to coach on customer service and safety.
• Oversee payroll attendance and paid time off.
• Ensure DOT compliance and drug screening as required.
• Verify daily driver invoices and related paperwork.
• Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service teams.
• Administer workers’ compensation, incentives and safety programs.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
