Job summary

General Beverage Sales Co. is seeking a Delivery Driver Supervisor to lead the delivery team and mentor drivers while hands-on delivering to assigned accounts. The role includes training, route optimization, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build team relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management to coordinate schedules and deliveries.
• Problem-solving aimed at improving warehouse routing and safety.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL and pass pre-employment drug screen and lift test.

Responsibilities

• Provide job training to drivers and be accessible at day start for direction and issues.
• Monitor drivers' efforts in stock rotation, pricing, display building and stocking.
• Ride with drivers to evaluate performance and adjust routes as needed.
• Maintain updated routing and schedule information by route and handle sick/vacation coverage.
• Ensure all program, pricing and promo information is communicated monthly to delivery personnel.
