Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to lead our delivery team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and outstanding customer service. You will coach drivers, monitor daily performance using Samsara, and manage attendance and payroll basics in a fast-paced setting.

This hands-on role collaborates with sales, warehouse and customer service, overseeing DOT compliance, driver invoicing, and safety programs. A 4-day work week with a 10% bonus opportunity awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a related operations or delivery role.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Valid CDL license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively aid in managing the delivery operations team.
• Monitor delivery fleet using Samsara.
• Performance management actions including hiring, transfers, discipline.
• Maintain driver attendance records and PTO.
• Train drivers in safe driving and delivery procedures.
• Supervise ride-alongs and coaching for service, safety, and productivity.
• Oversee payroll attendance and PTO records.
• Ensure DOT compliance and drug screening when required.
• Verify driver invoices and manage related paperwork.
• Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service teams.
• Administer worker’s compensation, incentives and safety programs.
