Mission Underwriting Services is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate the successful delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives in a remote-friendly environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope, high-quality delivery and maintain roadmaps, dependencies, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, PM or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in delivery management, project management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing timelines.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of products, services, and technology initiatives to meet timelines, scope, and quality.
• Coordinate activities across technology, operations, business, vendor, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track deliverables, risks, and issues to completion.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and delays; develop mitigation plans.
• Partner with business and technology teams to clarify requirements and delivery expectations.
• Develop and refine processes to improve repeatability and efficiency in delivery.
