ValueMomentum, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager/Program Manager at our Technology Center in Peoria to drive enterprise transformations and deliver complex technology programs.

You will coordinate sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams, define scope and schedules, monitor risks and budgets, and champion agile practices to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes. This role requires deep P&C domain knowledge and strong communication to lead multi-shore teams.

Formación

• Min 12 years end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects.
• Strong Agile quality practices, techniques, and tools.
• Strong Knowledge on P&C domain with experience in Policy Admin Systems.
• Familiarity with JIRA and other prioritization tools.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with changing requirements from business owners.
• Customer oriented attitude.
• Experience managing third party relationships to deliver customer results.
• Proven track record delivering high quality projects and programs to medium-large accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and vendors.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalation.
• Track delivery performance using KPIs, SLAs, velocity, and burn-down charts.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure high-quality output through testing, code reviews, and quality control.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project financials for cost efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and delivery excellence frameworks.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative delivery culture through coaching.
