Job summary

Cielo2 is seeking a Delivery Lead - Candidate Generation to manage a team of sourcers and oversee the full candidate generation process. This remote role supports clients nationwide from Idaho, Arizona, Oregon, or Texas, USA, delivering strategic sourcing and scalable talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a leadership role within sourcing/recruiting, strong strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of sourcing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 2 years' managerial experience in a sourcing or recruiting environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance and plan strategically.
• Experience with complex Boolean strings and sourcing technology.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, coach, lead, and develop a team of sourcers and manage workflow.
• Cultivate relationships with client teams and serve as the sourcing expert.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned to priorities.
• Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet demand.
• Implement new processes to support strategic sourcing and drive efficiencies.
• Develop recruiting plans and analytics to track progress and outcomes.
• Stay updated on sourcing trends and tools.
