Cielo is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a high-performing recruitment team and deliver best-in-class talent services for client accounts. This fully remote role requires based in the U.S. and offers bonuses and benefits, with time zone alignment to MST/CST.

Responsibilities include setting performance standards, coaching staff, driving recruitment strategy, managing metrics, and partnering with client leaders to meet hiring goals across accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in leading or coaching teams in recruiting.
• Ability to set and monitor performance standards for a TA team.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and client-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team to deliver best-in-class services to clients.
• Set clear performance standards; monitor progress and address gaps.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
• Establish regular communication with the team through 1-1s and meetings.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decisions.
• Partner with client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients.
• Drive strategic hiring plans including passive sourcing and recruitment marketing.
