Optum Insight is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Delivery Lead to embed with business and product teams, shaping and delivering solutions with engineering partners. You will own delivery commitments and customer outcomes within enterprise guardrails and regulatory requirements.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with a Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area requirement to be in office four days a week when applicable.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of technology program management or delivery leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-workstream technology programs.
• Experience with full delivery lifecycle from planning to operations.
• Hands-on technical credibility with production solutions (APIs, data pipelines, automation, AI)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs.
• Translate strategy into integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate across multiple teams including product, architecture, data, security, and operations.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate blockers.
• Monitor financials, resources, and vendor commitments; ensure compliance and governance.
• Embed with business teams to observe workflows and define testable solutions.
