Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Delivery Director to oversee client engagements across one or more OEM programs, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on-time and within budget.

As the senior delivery leader, you will own governance, budgets, risks, and quality, while guiding project managers and delivery professionals, including remote teams. This role emphasizes strategic direction and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, project management, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of project or program delivery experience leading complex engagements from initiation through completion.
• Automotive industry experience preferred, including OEMs or related agencies.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including remote members.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Projects, Jira, Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and intake: define scope, plan, governance, and align with client priorities.
• Direct delivery: manage cross-functional teams, resources, milestones, and budgets.
• Oversee quality, risk and financials: monitor KPIs, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Manage stakeholder communications: set expectations, report progress, and facilitate decisions.
• Lead and develop teams: set goals, coach, and promote accountability.
