- 10+ years of consulting, program, or delivery leadership experience.
- Experience leading portfolios or large programs across multiple teams.
- Strong executive stakeholder management at the C-suite, SVP, and VP level.
- Experience negotiating Statements of Work, Change Orders, and third-party vendor arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across a portfolio of accounts or programs.
- Drive delivery strategy, governance, and portfolio performance.
- Lead Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers; provide people management and mentorship.
- Partner with sales and account leadership to grow accounts and drive expansion.
