Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Agile Program/Project Management experience and/or Software Product Management.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of delivering value through software projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business and strategic goals to drive value from day one.
• Lead delivery teams to align scope, schedule and cost with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to define success metrics and drive backlog execution.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
