Qualifications

• Experience as a CDM or similar client-facing role in managed services is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with ITIL/ITSM expertise and value realization focus.
• Proven ability to manage contract P&L and drive growth within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Drive measurable outcomes and value realization for Thrive clients.
• Oversee onboarding, training, enablement, and escalations.
• Prepare and drive contract renewals and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead governance with ITIL and business process improvement foundations.
