PAR Retail, a PAR Technology product, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead delivery and deployment of the Platform for new and existing customers. Remote work options are available across multiple states, with collaboration across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and 3rd parties to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, timelines, budget, and quality, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders as the trusted contact for

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience.
• 3+ years of Agile Delivery experience using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive productive conversations across cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery for projects — accountable for scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Build strong relationships with PAR Retail customers and stakeholders as the trusted delivery contact.
• Manage change, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and drive aligned commitments.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies early and drive mitigation.
• Provide clear status reporting and elevate issues with proposed paths forward.
