Job summary

SecureWay Financial is seeking experienced Debt Consultants for a fully remote sales role in the United States. You will consult with inbound, pre-qualified leads to understand debt situations, discuss relief options, and determine program fit without cold calling.

You'll focus on consulting, building trust, overcoming objections, and converting qualified conversations into enrollments, while working with CRM records and complying with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in debt settlement or consultative financial sales.
• Proven success in a consultative, phone-based sales environment.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build rapport during a single-call sales process.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven.
• CRM experience required.
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet.
