Job summary

J.G. Wentworth Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team in a remote capacity for TX and FL applicants.

You will be the primary contact for clients in our debt resolution program, delivering quick, confident answers and solutions to questions and issues. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, document discussions in our CRM, and support enrollment success while maintaining high satisfaction and retention levels.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service and help achieve retention goals.
