J.G. Wentworth Company is seeking a Certified Debt Specialist to work remotely in the United States. The role offers uncapped income potential with base + commission, allowing high earnings as you help clients achieve financial freedom.

You will prospect for new customers, engage existing databases via multiple channels, and collaborate with cross-department teams to deliver exceptional service while aiming to meet monthly KPIs. Ideal candidates are energetic, empathetic, and driven to excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Debt Specialist/Debt Resolution Specialist
• Strong business acumen and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High energy, competitive, and motivated to be #1
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Displays empathy, understanding, and relatability
• Currently or formerly IAPDA certified

Responsabilités

• Acquire new customers through prospecting and by fielding new inbound inquiries
• Engage customers from our existing database through phone, email, SMS, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to manage active, in-process business and deliver exceptional customer service
• Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible
• Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management
