Job summary

AllianceOne is seeking a Remote Debt Collection Specialist focused on purchased paper. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, conduct skip tracing, negotiate settlements, and manage a dynamic collection pipeline from a remote location in the United States.

You will need 2–3 years in third-party collections, including purchased paper, with strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills. Rely on compliance with FDCPA and state laws, with competitive compensation and robust

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of third-party collections experience, with at least 1 year in purchased paper, dormant judgments, or salvage debt.
• Remote work experience with ability to meet targets in a home environment.
• Familiarity with auto-dialers, CRM software, and skip-tracing platforms.
• Ability to explain the Mini-Miranda, handle disputes, and understand state SOL limits.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to locate and contact consumers.
• Perform skip tracing to locate consumers and locate accounts.
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements; manage the collection pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Maintain compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and state regulations; deliver professional interactions.
