Job summary

AllianceOne, a Teleperformance subsidiary, is hiring experienced remote debt collection professionals to contact consumers, negotiate settlements, and manage delinquent accounts from a home office. You will conduct skip tracing, maintain your pipeline, and ensure full compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and state regulations.

We offer a base hourly rate ($15–$20) plus aggressive commissions and compliance bonuses, plus benefits including health insurance, HSA/FSA, PTO, and a 401k after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of third‑party collections experience.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with auto-dialers, CRM software, and skip-tracing platforms.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, and state regulations.
• Strong verbal communication, attendance, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to consumers and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate consumers and verify contact information.
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain an organized collection pipeline with timely follow‑ups and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and applicable state laws.
