Job summary

Kinetic Advantage LLC seeks a Dealer Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for our dealer partners and to deliver the Kinetic Advantage experience with transparent communication and flexible financing solutions. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates connected to our Birmingham-area markets and willing to travel for market visits.

You will manage relationships, drive retention, and expand market share by understanding and presenting our streamlined product offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years' experience in Commercial Lending.
• Strong grasp of the automotive industry with knowledge of the wholesale market.

Responsibilities

• Grow dealer partner base and market share through proactive relationship management.
• Communicate and consult with dealers to provide transparent solutions and the Kinetic Advantage experience.
• Retain dealers by driving engagement and utilization of the line of credit.
• Balance portfolio losses while delivering high-quality service and flexible financing options.
• Represent Kinetic Advantage with industry awareness and professional communication.
