Job summary

MGT is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to support the sales organization across the United States remotely. You will manage manufacturer registrations, ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, and support pricing and contract workflows.

The role emphasizes data quality, process compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, Procurement, and partners. Ideal candidates have CRM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Office 365; remote work

• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM and sales-administration systems.
• Experience working with customers, sales teams, distributors, manufacturers, or internal operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturer registrations and ensure data accuracy across Salesforce opportunities.
• Create accurate registration submissions and follow up for approvals.
• Maintain the Salesforce SCM database and support data quality in sales operations.
• Upload part numbers and update pricing, descriptions, labels, and other master data.
• Use data-loading tools for bulk updates and validation.
• Support procurement-contract pricing schedules (FOCUS and SPURR).
• Resolve data or registration issues with Sales Support, Account Managers, Procurement, and partners.
• Meet processing deadlines and escalate exceptions when needed.
