Horizon3 is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to lead order management and North America deal desk activities. You will structure complex enterprise deals, review approvals, and ensure tax compliance across US, Canada, and Mexico.

Collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product is essential in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will enable faster contract turnaround, train the sales team on processes, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Order Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.

Responsabilités

• Structure complex enterprise deals with discounts, ramp structures, and multi-year commitments.
• Review and approve deals per approval matrices and revenue policies.
• Manage and process sales orders for timely fulfillment.
• Ensure tax compliance for US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Product to remove blockers.
