Job summary

EfficientIP Inc. is seeking a DDI Implementation Professional Services Engineer for their Global Professional Services Team. This role involves migrating existing DDI solutions, scripting, and designing integration architectures for DNS, DHCP, and network security solutions.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, technical problem-solving ability, and ideally a Bachelor’s degree. This position is remote, with occasional travel in the NORAM region for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated relevant experience in the DDI space, preferably with more than one DDI solution.
• Must have experience leading projects in a customer-facing capacity with major corporate accounts.
• Experience with other DDI vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Migrating from existing DDI solutions.
• Scripting and data manipulation.
• Architect, design, implement, and integrate our solutions.

Skills

DDI solutions experience

DNS knowledge including DNSSEC

DHCP knowledge

TCP/IP knowledge (IPv4 and IPv6)

Fluency in networking, routing, switching, and security

Scripting to automate tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Technical problem-solving abilities

Education

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Tools

UNIX O/S knowledge

Active Directory experience
