Job summary

EfficientIP Inc. is seeking a DDI Implementation Professional Services Engineer for their Global Professional Services Team. This role involves migrating existing DDI solutions, scripting, and designing integration architectures for DNS, DHCP, and network security solutions.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, technical problem-solving ability, and ideally a Bachelor’s degree. This position is remote, with occasional travel in the NORAM region for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated relevant experience in the DDI space, preferably with more than one DDI solution.
• Must have experience leading projects in a customer-facing capacity with major corporate accounts.
• Experience with other DDI vendors is a plus.

Description

We are looking for a DDI Implementation Professional Services Engineer for our Global Professional Services Team.

Main focus

• Migrating from existing DDI solutions to our solutions.
• Scripting and data manipulation.
• Architect, design and implement/integrate our solutions.
• Helpoutonsupportduring escalation and level 3/4.

• Demonstrated relevant experience in the DDI space, preferably with more than one DDI solution.
• Must have experience taking the lead and running projects in a customer-facing capacity with major corporate accounts.
• Technical experience to include:
• DNS, including DNSSEC, working and protocol.
• DHCP, working and protocol.
• TCP/IP, both IPv4 and IPv6.
• ISC, NLNetLabs and Microsoft
• Procedure-based working (ITIL experience helps).
• Be fluid in networking, routing, switching and security.
• UNIX O/S knowledge and Active Directory experience are a plus.
• Be fluid in infrastructures and accompanying management systems.
• Be familiar with scripting to automate tasks (Perl, Bash, PHP, etc).
• Experience with other DDI vendors is a plus

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technology simply is required.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Working conditions

Location: Remote (Home Office)

Travel: Occasionally to customer within NORAM region.
