Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a skilled remote Database Analyst to join our production database team. You will configure, validate, and maintain databases in a high-availability banking environment, supporting EFT and payment processing workflows.

The role emphasizes production change control, client implementations, and on-call support to ensure uninterrupted processing. Prior Tandem/HPE NonStop and banking domain experience is highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Tandem/HPE NonStop is strongly preferred.
• Experience in EFT, banking or payment processing preferred.
• Knowledge of banking systems and payment networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure production databases for new and existing clients.
• Perform maintenance: add, update, and delete functions.
• Maintain switch configuration files and customer records.
• Support production database activities and ensure SLA adherence.
• Coordinate implementation activities and support code installs.
