Job summary

CapTech is seeking a senior data and analytics leader to drive solution delivery and thought leadership with client stakeholders. You will mentor teams, shape data architectures, and oversee engagements across on-prem and cloud platforms.

Strong experience in delivering data integration, governance, and real-time data streaming will be essential. Join CapTech to influence strategic data initiatives, work with Fortune 100 clients, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused consulting

Qualifications

• 14+ years leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years implementing on-premises and cloud data platforms.
• Proven consultative data architecture assessment experience.
• Experience with modern data stack technologies and cloud delivery.
• Delivery experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep background with data integrations, real-time data distribution, NoSQL and warehousing.
• 5+ years scoping technical engagements in consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and provide technical leadership for data & analytics
• Translate vague concepts into actionable data insights and roadmaps
• Advise on data management technologies and architectural trade-offs
• Coach and develop teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Partner with portfolio teams to scope work and assemble delivery teams
• Drive solution delivery in fast-paced client environments
