Job summary

IMPACT BRANDS is a fully remote data-driven company helping health and wellness brands grow globally. We are looking for a Data Specialist to build and maintain warehouse models in BigQuery, with Dataform and dbt, and to keep marketing and sales data pipelines healthy.

You will own product/brand mapping, investigate data discrepancies, and develop Looker Studio reports. We value curiosity, initiative, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain the models in our warehouse using BigQuery, Dataform and dbt.
• Keep marketing and sales data pipelines healthy to ensure new ad accounts and products land in the warehouse correctly.
• Own product and brand mapping and fix mismatches at the source rather than patching reports.
• Investigate discrepancies across layers from ad platform to charts.
• Build and maintain Looker Studio reporting with data sources and calculated fields.
• Create data quality checks and alerts to catch missing or broken data early.
• Reconcile numbers against external systems and document metric definitions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models in the warehouse (BigQuery).
• Maintain data pipelines and platform connectors for marketing and sales data.
• Map products and brands, fix source-level mismatches.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies across data layers.
• Develop Looker Studio reports and dashboards.
• Implement data quality checks and alerting mechanisms.
• Cross-functionally answer questions with reproducible queries.
