Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on data science in fast-paced environments (startups, Big Tech, media, or consulting).
• Expert Python and SQL, experience with ML frameworks and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to access hard-to-reach data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience deploying models to production and maintaining them long-term.

Responsibilities

• Ingest new data sources with scraping and acquisition techniques.
• Analyze trends and audience behavior across streaming and social data.
• Prototype and deploy ML models for virality prediction and content analysis on AWS.
• Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments to guide decisions.
• Own dashboards and reports used by leadership to track metrics.
• Leverage AI-native tools to accelerate cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
