Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience applying data science, analytics, or ML in a professional setting.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end analytical or ML solutions.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end analytical and ML solutions addressing moderately complex business problems.
• Frame questions into testable hypotheses with stakeholders and define success metrics.
• Build, validate, and maintain scalable data pipelines, features, and models for production use.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply experimentation practices (A/B testing, backtesting, error analysis) to guide model iteration.
• Contribute to data quality, governance, and responsible use of data and AI within the DS community.
