Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. is seeking an analytics-focused professional to partner with Product teams, design experiments, and deliver actionable insights. You will build predictive models and dashboards, collaborating with Data Engineering to move models into production and support OEM and enterprise accounts.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong SQL and Python/R skills, and the ability to communicate results to senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in analytics, data science, or analytics consulting.
• Advanced SQL for complex queries against a data warehouse.
• Python or R with pandas/dplyr and a statistical library.
• Experiment design, power analysis, and quasi-experimental methods.
• Applied predictive modelling with baseline comparisons.
• Experience embedding with product managers and engineers.
• BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Effective use of AI coding assistants with validation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded analytics partner to Product teams; define feature success metrics.
• Design and execute platform experiments and measure outcomes after launch.
• Produce analysis for OEM and enterprise dealer reviews and present findings.
• Build predictive models: lead scoring, days-to-sell, inventory turn.
• Partner with Data Engineering to move models and pipelines into production.
• Create dashboards, templates, and documented pipelines.
• Escalate platform issues surfaced in client data to Product teams.
