You will partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, design deployment environments, and oversee budgets, timelines, and governance to ensure data integrity and rapid impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of post‑baccalaureate experience in data science or analytics.
• 3 years of experience applying descriptive statistics and identifying data trends with ML algorithms.
• 3 years of experience building and optimizing model performance with R and Python.
• 3 years of experience deploying models and scaling in AWS, Azure, Docker cloud environments.
• 3 years of experience data transformation with R, Python and MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts in designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics and AI solutions.
• Design and deploy predictive models and ML algorithms with emphasis on accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data pipelines and deployment environments.
• Establish and enforce data science standards, governance frameworks, and data integrity.
• Coordinate project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting for data initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists and analysts to achieve measurable goals.
