The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field and 3 years of leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or related field; foreign equivalent with 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in data science or analytics leadership.
• 3 years of experience applying descriptive statistics and identifying data trends with machine learning.
• 3 years of building and optimizing model performance using R and Python.
• 3 years of designing deployment environments, scaling models, and resolving issues with AWS, Azure, Docker.
• 3 years of evaluating data structures and performing data transformations with R, Python, and MySQL.
• 3 years of preparing analytics reports with ggplot and RShiny to stakeholders and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists/analysts in designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics, ML, and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering to implement efficient data pipelines and enterprise integration.
• Establish data science standards, governance, and methodologies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for data science initiatives.
• Monitor and report KPIs for analytics programs, aligning with organizational objectives.
