The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of data science experience, with strong skills in Python, SQL, and a deep understanding of machine learning applications. Interested candidates should be prepared to manage performance, mentor team members, and engage closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing data scientists or leading projects.
• Experience with recommendation systems, NLP, and production machine learning models.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists to build LTK's AI platform.
• Drive the development of AI native platform and workflows.
• Hire, develop, and retain strong data science talent.
